Biography
Salma Seoudy is a trainee solicitor at Armstrong Teasdale. Salma joined the firm as a paralegal supporting the Corporate department on transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate insolvency and restructuring, and other general corporate matters on both national and international scales.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Salma gained experience as a case worker at the Kent Law Clinic, where she assisted on planning law and employment law cases. Salma also held a legal internship with an international law firm in Cairo, Egypt, where she worked closely with the consumer law and corporate finance teams. She also gained in-house experience interning at the London headquarters of a global food manufacturer where she assisted in updating and renewing the company’s trademarks.
