Biography
Onalee Yousey is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group, where she represents clients in various civil litigation matters and counsels clients on a range of labor and employment issues.
Onalee regularly assists employers across industries in developing policies and procedures, advising on noncompete and trade secret matters, conducting workplace investigations, and other employment and labor issues. Onalee’s experience extends to all phases of discovery, trial preparation, and negotiation of settlements, and she is well-versed in case strategy, pretrial briefing, and dipositive motion practice. Onalee has worked on matters involving discrimination, retaliation, unfair labor practices, white collar investigations, contract disputes, and a range of state and federal employment laws. Onalee also served as the Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Crestwood, Missouri, for several years.

Background
Onalee was a summer associate at Armstrong Teasdale prior to joining the firm full time. While in law school she also gained experience representing indigent clients in a variety of civil matters through SLU Law Legal Clinics. While in law school, Onalee interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Missouri and served as a judicial extern for Judge Raymond C. Gruender of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
