Biography
A paralegal in Armstrong Teasdale’s Intellectual Property practice group, Kristen Cokas works with firm lawyers in support of clients’ domestic and foreign trademark applications. She manages and verifies the accuracy of trademark deadlines in docketing software, and ensures they are met. She also prepares and submits official filings with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Her background includes experience tracking and meeting deadlines in U.S. and foreign jurisdictions, communicating with clients, the USPTO and foreign associates, as applicable, in support of deadlines, training paralegals in client procedures, and organizing large internal databases for clients.
