Biography
Kelley Rowan is an associate in the Corporate Services practice group. With an interest in information privacy, Kelley has experience working with business clients worldwide.
She has researched complex privacy law issues for a wide range of diverse clients and regularly keeps informed on the shifting trends and issues in this area of law. Kelley also has experience reviewing and drafting memoranda and nondisclosure agreements, as well as with contract negotiations, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance and ethics matters.

Background
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Kelley was a law clerk at an information privacy law firm in Kansas City. She also previously served as a legal intern for a national telecommunications company and the Missouri State Public Defender’s Office, and as a legal extern for the St. Louis VA Medical Center at Jefferson Barracks.
