Biography
Kathryn Scott serves as a paralegal in the Litigation practice group where she focuses on defense asbestos cases. She works with a variety of clients, including corporate general counsel and national counsel, on matters like litigation status and discovery responses.
Kathryn has a broad range of responsibility that encompasses the timely and complex preparation of cases from discovery to trial phase. She prepares, organizes and maintains files and medical records for trials. She collects and analyzes files, including discovery and medical information, and index/cross-reference network database information. Kathryn is well-versed in LexisNexis, MyDocServ, Case.net, PACER, REJIS, MoBarNet, Judici and more. She frequently reviews and summarizes medical information, discovery documents and deposition transcripts in order to assess relevant damages.
