Biography
Eric Wohl is a partner in the Financial and Real Estate Services practice group. He handles all manners of real estate transactions, including the sale, leasing and financing of office, mixed-use and residential properties. He concentrates his practice on cooperative and condominium law and commercial leasing.
Over the last two decades, Eric has represented cooperative and condominium boards in all aspects of cooperative and condominium law including board governance, financing, construction contracts, access/license agreements, service agreements and shareholder/unit owner disputes. Board members appreciate Eric’s straightforward and warm communication style and his ability to mitigate conflict.
In addition, Eric represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of office and retail space throughout the United States, with an emphasis on commercial leasing in New York City. His experience and practical approach help clients navigate even the most complicated negotiations.
