Biography
Emily Balzano is an associate in Armstrong Teasdale’s Litigation practice group. She counsels clients and conducts research on a range of disputes including employment and labor, corporate and other civil matters. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract review, real estate transactions, loan contracts, succession planning, liability and tax matters.
Background
Emily was a law clerk at Armstrong Teasdale prior to joining the firm full time. Before that, she served as a law clerk at a Boston corporate law firm and as a legal intern in the Office of the Circuit Executive in the U.S. Court of Appeals for Massachusetts, First Circuit, as well as at an Annapolis, Maryland, law firm.
