Biography
Christine Nuccio has over 25 years of experience in the legal field, with a concentration in corporate governance and securities. As a legal project manager and paralegal in the Corporate Services practice group, she works with firm attorneys and clients to develop a systematic and disciplined approach to management that delivers more value in less time.
Christine’s experience working with technology and agribusiness companies in the region indicates her ability to adapt to different industries and projects. She has played a key role in supporting attorneys and clients across different organizations in developing efficient work-flow processes; preparing governance documentation; creating company policies; ensuring corporate compliance; managing audit processes; and facilitating SEC filings. Christine also has experience with litigation, tax, finance, restructuring and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions.
As a paralegal, she provides support to firm attorneys and clients on a variety of corporate matters.
